🧄 Cheesy Garlic Baguette
Ingredients:
• 1 ready-made baguette
• 80 g (⅓ cup) softened butter
• 3–4 garlic cloves, minced
• 120 g (1 cup) shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
• 2 tbsp fresh parsley or dill, finely chopped
• Salt, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Slice the baguette into pieces, but do not cut all the way through — the slices should stay connected.
3. In a bowl, mix softened butter, garlic, shredded cheese, herbs, and a pinch of salt.
4. Spread the garlic cheese mixture generously between each slice of the baguette.
5. Wrap the baguette loosely in foil or place it on a baking tray.
6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the cheese melts and the baguette becomes crispy.
7. For a golden top, open the foil and bake for another 2–3 minutes.
Serve warm and enjoy the cheesy, garlicky aroma! 🧄🧀
