Italian Exchange Student Reluctantly Tries Olive Garden, Admits: “This Is Good, Guys”

An Italian exchange student went viral after trying Olive Garden for the first time.

Alessandro, a 16-year-old high schooler from Italy currently living in Texas, posted a video of himself reluctantly visiting an Olive Garden with his host family. The TikTok videos were posted under alessandro.salimei and italiangirl1130 on Monday.

He sampled a variety of fried foods — from mozzarella sticks to calamari — as well as Olive Garden’s classic breadsticks and Alfredo sauce.

“Molto Bono,” Alessandro said, Italian for ‘very good.’
