    What you need:
    12 oz broccoli
    1 cup grated Parmesan
    1 large egg
    Italian seasonings

    Toppings:
    1/4 cup Alfredo sauce
    1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
    1/4 cup cooked chicken
    2 tbsp cooked bacon, chopped

    How to make it:
    1. Steam your broccoli (I microwaved in the bag). Chop as finely as possible & squeeze out the moisture.
    2. Mix with your Parmesan, egg and seasonings. Shape into a crust on a parchment lined baking sheet.
    3. Bake @ 450F for 10-15 mins, until golden. Add your toppings, put it back in for a few minutes and enjoy!

    This is the perfect low carb pizza crust that gets super crispy and is great with any toppings 👌
