Ingredient:
Chicken cubes 300gm
Pasta 2 cup
Ginger 1tsp
Garlic 1tsp
Onion cubes 1cup
Capsicum 1 cup
Carrot 1cup
Black pepper 1tsp
White pepper 1tsp
Salt to taste
Crushed red chilli 1 tsp
Corn 1cup
Vinegar 2tbsp
Butter 1 bar
All Purpose Flour 3tbsp
Milk 1cup
Method:
Boil pasta and put aside.
In a pan heat oil, saute ginger garlic paste,onion , còarrot, and capsicum. then add half of white pepper, black pepper, salt , crushed red chilli and corn. Stir it. In other pan heat oil and fry chicken and add half of white pepper,salt red chilli and black pepper,cook it until chicken is tender.
For sauce:
In a pan melt butter add corn flour and milk cook it until it gets thick add some salt and pepper stir it. Now add boiled pasta, chicken and vegetables and mix together.
