Ingredients:
• 200g pasta (dry weight)
• 650g chicken breast
• 80g grated mozzarella
• 1 onion
• 2 capsicums
• 200g low fat cream cheese
• 4 tsp lazy garlic
• 1 fajita seasoning packet
• 1 tin (400g) chopped tomatoes
• Salt & pepper
• Optional: chilli flakes for a kick

Per serve (makes 4)

Mix everything together, top with mozzarella and bake until golden for 45min at 200 Celsius 😉
