  1. Here goes, wrote out the recipe because we never get it.
    Melt some butter in a frying pan
    Adding 300 grams broccoli or (1 1/4 cups )cut in chunks
    Add 1 carrot cut in sticks
    Add an onion sliced and chopped
    Cut a red bell pepper cut into slices
    Mix everything together well and sauté until the vegetables are soft and colorful, make a small space in the center of the vegetables and add 3 crushed cloves of garlic letting the garlic cook, mix then turn off the heat and set vegetables aside.
    In a bowl add 4 eggs beat well
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    Add 1 cup cooked rice in the egg mixture and mix well.
    Add the cooked vegetables and stir everything together
    Brush a baking mold with a little oil so nothing sticks
    Pour the mixture inside and spread evenly, place tomato slices on top of the mixture and cover with grated mozzarella cheese
    Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
