High Protein Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Bake!

***Ingredients****
 
 – 2 Chicken Breasts (Diced)
 – 16 ounce(s) Cottage Cheese
 – 2 Heads of Broccoli
 – 4 Cloves Garlic (Roughly Chopped)
 –  1 tbsp Italian Seasonings
 – 1 tsp Onion Powder
 – 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese (Divided)
 – 1/4 cup Fairlife Milk (Can use 2% but find whole works best)
 – 2 pinches of Red Chili Flakes
 – Salt & Pepper (To Taste)
 – Gluten Free Low Carb Gnocchi (1 Package)

***Cooking Instructions***
 
 
 – Dice Chicken Breasts into bite size pieces
 – Roughly chop both the Broccoli and Garlic
 – On Medium-High Heat, lightly brown your chicken, approx. 3-4 minutes.
 – While Chicken is browning, in a food processor, combine your Cottage Cheese, Garlic, Italian Seasonings, Onion Powder, pinch of chili flakes, parmesan cheese, and milk.  Blend until smooth (Arppxo 2-3 minutes)
 – Remove Chicken from stovetop
 – In a greased/oiled baking pan, combine your browned chicken, broccoli, and Cottage Cheese Alfredo Mixture
 – Cook at 375 for 25 minutes uncovered
 – While in oven, boil your gnocchi and set aside to dry
 – After 25 minutes, combine your Alfredo Bake with Gnocci
 – Enjoy your high protein Chicken Broccoli Alfredo!
