I’m just not that good with spicy food and I think I need to accept that about myself

Ingredients (Makes 4 servings)

200g pasta (dry weight)

600g diced chicken breast

80g grated mozzarella

1 onion

2 peppers

1 packet peri peri seasoning

1 tin chopped tomatoes 400g

125g peri peri sauce

Salt and pepper

Method (quick version)

Preheat oven to 190°C

Dice chicken and veg

Mix everything apart from the mozzarella in a large oven dish

Season, stir it up

Top with mozzarella

Cover and bake 45 mins

Uncover for 5 mins

Rest 5 to 10 mins

Serve

  1. So how did the pasta cook? I feel like you'd need more liquid in there. They put it in raw. If it was already partly cooked before going in then I'd understand.

  2. Please people, brown the damn meat and fry the onions first. You're missing out on so much flavour just to save washing up one pan.
