Soft, tasty and healthy mini millet pizzas made with bajra + wheat! A perfect kids snack that can be made easily in oven, air fryer or kadai. No yeast, quick dough and super delicious!

Ingredients (Cups & Grams):

For Dough:

โ€ข Bajra flour โ€“ 120 g (1 cup)
โ€ข Wheat flour โ€“ 80 g (โ…” cup)
โ€ข Curd โ€“ 40 g (3 tbsp)
โ€ข Warm water โ€“ 80โ€“100 ml (โ…“โ€“ยฝ cup as needed)
โ€ข Salt โ€“ 3 g (ยฝ tsp)
โ€ข Oil โ€“ 10 ml (2 tsp)

Toppings:

โ€ข Pizza sauce โ€“ 60 g (ยผ cup)
โ€ข Grated cheese โ€“ 80 g (ยพ cup)
โ€ข Corn / capsicum / tomato โ€“ 60 g (ยฝ cup mixed)

Procedure:

Step 1:
Mix bajra flour, wheat flour and salt in a bowl.

Step 2:
Add curd and oil. Mix well.

Step 3:
Add warm water slowly and knead into a soft dough.

Step 4:
Rest the dough for 10โ€“15 minutes.

Step 5:
Make small balls and roll into mini pizza bases.

Step 6:
Spread pizza sauce, add cheese and toppings.

Oven Method:

Preheat at 180ยฐC. Bake for 12โ€“15 minutes till cheese melts and base turns crisp.

Air Fryer Method:

Preheat Air fry at 180ยฐC and bake for 8โ€“10 minutes.

Kadai Method:

Preheat kadai with a stand for 10 minutes on low flame.
Place pizza on a plate, cover and cook on low flame for 12โ€“15 minutes till cheese melts.
