On the occasion of the Italian Cuisine Week 2025, the Embassy of Italy in Yangon had the honour to welcome for the first time in Myanmar Chef Allen Huynh and his team from Osteria Francescana in Modena, named several times “The World’s Best Restaurant”, in a dialogue with Chef Orng Joitamoi from Echo Dining in Yangon about the connections, relations, and positive bonds that both Italian and Myanmar cuisines create.
