📝 Ingredients
• 1 sheet refrigerated pizza dough (or crescent roll dough)
• 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• ½ cup ricotta or cream cheese (optional for extra creaminess)
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 2 tbsp melted butter
• Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

🔥 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2️⃣ Roll out the dough and cut into squares.
3️⃣ Place shredded cheese (and ricotta if using) in the center of each square.
4️⃣ Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning over the filling.
5️⃣ Fold the dough over to form sealed pockets. Press edges firmly with a fork.
6️⃣ Brush tops with melted butter.
7️⃣ Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
8️⃣ Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
