If I remember correctly, I believe you’re looking at a late release there. My 1964, for example, was released in 2006 and I believe it was decanted and given a new cork/bottle because the cork was flawless there too. Anyway, those Borgogno Riserva’s are magnificent. I’d happily call that 1964 the greatest Barolo I have ever tasted to this day.

Couple random thoughts. -do you sort your wine fridge top to bottom based on the frequency that you consume the wine? Least consumed on the bottom? -love how Jackie decorated your home. So gorg.
I bought a wine recently because I saw it on the Sopranos. Rufino (Italian) … I'm going to use it for cooking. I haven't tasted it yet for the most part I'm not a big fan of wine unless it's easy and pleasant to drink. Most taste experiences have been unpleasant to me. Though I want to grow a grape blend and possibly make my own wine in the future
Did you go to the when we were young concert back in October I went first time in Vegas it was pretty awesome better than I was expecting wish I knew about your restaurant when I was there a few months ago lol

The short length is probably why the cork stays intact.

I am from Australia and we have heaps of wines with screw caps. What are your thoughts on screw caps? Do they have the same results as cork does?
