  1. I dated an Italian business/ Restaurant woman ,
She had no time for a partner.

    In 7 yrs Bella ,
    Just be Mindful of Life.
    🙏🙏

  2. The kind of girl who should be an actual influence on young girls/guys. Early start, hard work, being organized, keeping fit, being humble and having time for god/prayers in life. Beautiful in every way 💕

  3. God bless you,
You make people smile, and then you make videos and you make people smile.. and everybody loves your wink!!😊

  4. When women ACTUALLY work hard, they don't have the time or inclination to sit there and brag about how "strong and independent" they are. That's the ironic giveaway that they're full of sh*t.

This girl is very high value. Not because men care about a woman's career, but because what she does and how she carries herself has implications for the things we DO care about… not to mention she's stunning!! 😋

  5. Well, I'll tell you, you're a beautiful gal. I think our age limit is a little bit different. What do the type I would love to have to go out? Be safe. Be secure. And be happy.

  6. I have worked in the restaurant biz for 20 years. I've done large catering orders, and I worked for 8 years at an Italian place. So prepping 200 pizzas would be a lot of work but totally doable. But I'm trying to comprehend how a family business can have the sheer oven capacity to bake 200 pizzas and keep them fresh. Without having the first pizzas sitting for a couple of hours dying? I think the most pizzas we've cooked at the Italian family owned restaurant I worked at was like a couple dozen large pizzas for like 100 people. It was over a decade ago, so it's hard to remember exactly. But with 1 pizza oven it was a challenge. We had 3 or 4 racks in our oven with steels not stones. And I remember halfway through the steels started to cool too much from consecutive use. They must have a hellava oven capacity. We did much more than only pizza so like I said we had 1 large pizza oven. But even with several or one of the conveyer belt ovens 200 pizzas would be alot all at once. The first series of pizzas would have to be sitting for a bit waiting for the order to be done. Then you have loading and delivery. I feel like she meant 200 people. Because 200 pizzas would feed like 3 to 400 people. That's a lot. In my entire career 200 people is the most I've catered for.

  7. That is a very long day but hand delivered by the owner is generally not how it goes and you must have a good staff to make that many pizza but 200 and delivered, would they not all be ice cold? work all day, go to gym, do video's while driving?

  8. Fine work! Tips from a long time business owner: (1) do not stop learning about management of the business itself and especially of your employees, and (2) be professional and businesslike with your employees but at the same time let them know you genuinely care about their lives and their own professional advancement. Good employees are the hardest thing to find. You’ve got a bright future!
