We discovered a fully furnished, 1,000-year-old castle in Northern Italy. Turns out Dante Alighieri lived here! The dining hall looks straight out of Game of Thrones. Should it be a crime to abandon a place like this? #AbandonedCastle #ItalyTravel #DanteAlighieri #HistoricalSites

  1. Ich mag, wenn BoD Schlösser, Burgen oder alte Herrenhäuser besucht, besonders im Dress der Zeit ❤, aber Japan werde ich nie verstehen

  2. People used to utilize their God given gifts, and through hard work, bring beauty into the world. Everything is so ugly and faulty now, it makes me sad.

  8. I realise English is not your first language and truly appreciate your posts. However, have you checked for synonyms if ‘insane’. We have so many wonderful words that describe wonder, puzzlement, incredulity, etc. I know this sounds mean but you can express what you really feel and mean by using words more in line with your emotions. Check a thesaurus, a print one is better than online!

  9. Those historical places should be preserved, as they are part of our common cultural heritage.
I don't know how this is handled in Italy- here in Germany, there are fonds for the restauration of abandoned castles. But they come along with the obligation for the owner to open at least a part of the property to the public.

  10. This was one of my absolute favorite videos, Leslie I’m glad you rang that bell you and the guys are the best the guys are the best! I love your videos. I need to go find this place for myself!❤ love to you all and stay safe.

  11. Hey dear Lesley, very professionally made short video, which really makes you curious to watch the full length video! – I loved the moment at the start of the video, when you were ringing the bell! – And – yes, that massive dining hall, the main hall, with this very authentic historical vibe, was certainly the most breathtaking room of this castle. – And – the connection of this castle to one of the most influential writers, Dante Alighieri, made this whole explore even more exceptional and truly fascinating. – Phantastic explore, you were doing together with Luke!
    Peace and kindest regards.
