I was ready to be appalled by the idea of Michelin starred pasta, but that food did look amazing. It is also an incredibly imaginative take on Italian cuisine that would have most Italians – who are disastrously conservative and unadventurous about food – refusing to taste a single bite, if not having an aneurism.

If you're ever in Stockholm again you should try one of the best steak restaurants in the world called AG, they serve more than meat and it's suppose to be amazing, the owner is a total meat nerd:)
In my opinion, its too cheap. Should be a minimum €250

Made it to the pizza nah I'm done with this channels next level piss take. This has nothing to do with food everything to do with attempting to save failing robbery restaurants like G.Ramsey does. There simply cannot be that many f idiots in one city to keep that place open. After going once & being presented with a pizza so small it is a dessertspoon not a mouth full size what fool would ever go back?

What is tipping etiquette even like in fine dining? Especially when it comes to 2-3 star restaurants? Is it expected? Is it frowned up? My guess would be all of the above but depending on country. Maybe an interesting side video, Alexander.
