🔥 Cheesy Pepperoni Stromboli 🔥
Golden on the outside, melty on the inside, and loaded with pepperoni goodness!
🛒 Ingredients
1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded provolone (optional but 🔥)
1–1½ cups pepperoni slices
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
¼ cup grated Parmesan
Marinara sauce (for dipping)
👩🍳 Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll pizza dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
Sprinkle mozzarella and provolone evenly over the dough, leaving about a 1-inch border.
Layer pepperoni on top of the cheese.
Roll the dough up tightly (like a jelly roll) and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush generously over the stromboli.
Sprinkle Parmesan on top.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown.
Cool for 5 minutes, slice, and serve with warm marinara. 😍
