This may be the busiest week yet at our abandoned villa. As we look forward to starting the necessary renovations, we know that we must first clear everything out. That means another, even bigger bulk trash pickup. And of course, we get to throw more stuff out the window.

Would it be an idea to invite all residents to a Vide Grenier ? Would be fun to watch 😉
I love to do that kind of stuff. All you would have to do is pay for my airfare from Oregon to Italy. Ha Ha
I would donate the books to a library, hospital or some senior homes.❤ Oh, and some of those lovely damaged ceramic plates and things could be used for mosaics. I think some of the things you have found are beautiful. I love some of the antique furniture. Tammy. You are strong!💪
If you have an Arts and Crafts place or school or Mosaic Artist. Then I would donate the broken plates etc. Imagine a beautiful table Mosaic of those beautiful old damaged plates etc
Well done guys.❤❤❤
May I ask? Where are you staying when not working at the Villa??
I need that orange clock on your cabinet for my airstream so don’t throw it away
realizing you filmed these over the summer and dying to know what it looks like now! Great work.
Where r u living presently
You really take too seriously the recycling activity 😂😂😂
That paper could also be used to boulder up some compost in case you are thinking of a garden in future
I do not know what kind mics you’re using, but watching your videos is annoying using airpods/headphones, speech goes from left to right, only narrative is centered which is easy to listen.
Amazing machinery! I had expected a team to hop out of the cab and start throwing things into the back!
Are you living elsewhere in Italy?
coolest trash pickup ever!
Thanks for taking us on this journey! It is really refreshing to see people take on a house like this with so much respect for everything in it. I do feel like the 60 years and covid story doesn’t make sense at all. It feels like they gave you some half truths. The way all those files in the cupboards are stacked definitely doesn’t read as if they were only dumped there 6 years ago. Neither do the ski shoes, they are definitely more modern than the 60s and not something one would have moved around with a few years ago. Most of the stuff there feels like at least someone lived there properly in the early 2000s. Would make sense with the office story too.
Such a beautiful villa underneath all the rubbish. You did such a great job. 👏 thank you ❤
It seems every one of my neighbors has been in my house at some point. Everyone has a story of playing there as a child or shopping in the market that used to be a part of the house.
Love your videos!
Following and looking forward to your new adventure. This is my new channel. Thank you so much! 🥀
Next time make some dolly’s from scrapped plywood boards from bookcases you’ve taken apart and some wheels you buy at a hardware store. If the boards aren’t sturdy enough you screw two together. This way you can move around bulky or heavy items in an easier way. You can even tie a rope to the dolly to pull it instead of only push it.
Hi guys, you are doing a great job. Am enjoying the channel, thanks. From Sandra in New Zealand
I’m so grateful to have discovered your vlog. You and Tammy are amazingly hardworking and inspiring. Watching you work side by side to transform the villa is an absolute joy. I can’t wait to continue following your incredible journey of restoring your beautiful Tuscan home.❤
Keep posting please! Happy to have found your channel. I've watched many similar channels but your videos hooked me right away. Partly because your property is magic and partly because you seem like good people and a great team!
Good thinking for the towels etc , I did likewise !
Good to see you wearing masks
you two are adorable! I LOVE all the treasures you're finding. Sorting through things of the past is fascinating.
Goodbye mattress #21 😀
Love your story guys… keep us up to date with your story. 🙂
Curious. Do you sleep in this house while working on these projects .? Is it scary with bugs, leaks , no running water etc ?
Why would Italians travel to France and order a Pizza Hut 🍕 ?
For a good laugh or like many, French food isn't pleasant for the palate.
PS..Is there a library that could take them, public or school?
We cannot wait until #7!!
God bless you on this awesome journey!
Congratulations guys! Love being part of your journey and watching the love and warmth you are putting into the Villa. Would love to see a vlog about you 🙂 What you use to do before moving to Italy, what your plans are for the Villa once it is complete, what the village is like. I am sure it will come one day. Grazie Mille from Sydney Aus x
Where are you when not at the villa?
I'm really looking forward to seeing this couple again; they make a perfect team to clear out this enormous mess of a lifetime's worth of belongings in this magnificent property. I can't wait to see what's next; the renovation is going to be spectacular, both inside and out. Well done to you both! Tuscany is, for me, the most beautiful place to live.
Would be helpful if you could share what was the cost of the property/land and what were the inspection and closing costs. 😊
Guys, with your waste management of the papers you just qualified for a German passport 😉
Would be interested in any vintage ledgers for mixed media art! I am in awe of how much was left there. It's going to be beautiful!
