The box says it can be used as is or parboiled for 5 minutes. Does it make a noticeable difference?

I'd like to hear from people who have used this specific pasta brand (De Cecco).

    Using them dry may lead to disappointment. It’s OK if they’re fresh pasta but I’d always briefly cook the dried sheets. How it turns out wonderful 😊

    I have never parboiled it and its always good!
