This Lasagna Dumpling recipe is super viral, so let’s make it and see if it’s worth the hype.

Ingredients:
– Ground Beef
– Napa Cabbage
– Hong Kong-Style Wonton SKins
– Garlic
– Ginger
– Scallions
– Chicken Stock
– Oyster Sauce
– Soy Sauce
– Rice Vinegar
– Salt & Pepper
– Chili Oil (optional)

Step 1: Create the Filling
Finely slice the napa cabbage and add it to a large bowl with the ground beef, minced garlic, grated ginger, diced scallions, salt, pepper, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Mix well and set aside.

Step 2: Create the Layers
Add some filling to the bottom of a heat-safe bowl, top with a layer of wonton wrappers, followed by napa cabbage. Repeat this process until the bowl is full, making sure the final layer is the wonton skins.

Finish with a little bit of chicken stock.

Step 3: Cook the Lasagna
Add a couple of inches of water to a large pot and bring to a boil. Set the lasagna in the pot, cover, and steam for at least 20 minutes.

Once fully cooked, carefully remove the lasagna, drizzle with chili oil, and serve while piping hot.

I can confirm that this recipe is absolutely worth a try. It’s so flavorful, so comforting, perfect for when you’re craving dumplings, but don’t want the hassle of wrapping them.

Give it a go and let me know how it turns out.

  2. So its a dumpling. Not even close to a lasagna. I'm sure its tasty, but it has nothing to do with lasagna aside from layers, in which case, call it dumpling French pork.

  3. I love yours better with the beef, and you use cabbage, 5 spice and garlic. Yours look good, 💯☺️ thank you. I will try it.
