  1. Homemade Italian Bread
    Soft inside, golden on the outside ✨

    Ingredients:
    • 1½ Tbsp active dry yeast
    • ½ cup warm water
    • 3½ Tbsp sugar
    • 2 cups hot water
    • 1 Tbsp salt
    • ½ cup vegetable oil
    • 5–6 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1 egg white (for brushing)

    Easy Directions:
    1. Bloom yeast with the ½ cup warm water + ½ tsp sugar.
    2. Mix hot water, remaining sugar, salt, oil, and 3 cups flour. Stir in yeast.
    3. Add flour until sticky dough forms. Cover & rise 1 hour (no kneading).
    4. Shape loaves, place on greased pan, slash tops. Rise 30 min.
    5. Brush with egg white. Bake at 400°F for 25–30 min until golden.
