If you ever find yourself “lost” in South Florida… under the palm trees with no paisans or parmigiano in sight, these two places are guaranteed to make you feel like you never left home. With Mimi’s handmade manicotti to Steve’s famous meatball salad with Sunday gravy, you can still eat like you’re at Nonna’s house on Easter. And HOLY HOLY! We’re joined by @mikeiseating as we go red sauce crazy on Sabino’s Florida food tour. Join us! ๐

I'm minutes away from Mimi's, I would have stopped what I was doing to meet you guys.
Ciao a tutti
โคThis was phenomenal, nothing like watching yous go out to the best of the best restaurants….GODBLESS โค Makes me feel like I was at the table with yous…SALUTE
Martorano's hooked you guys up … that was a tasting menu for Kings and Queens. Props to MIMI out in Florida. She grew up right near where my compari had their deli (corner of 86th street and 24th avenue, Brooklyn). Shout out to that family too from me … the Caputo's and the Giovanniello's. Some of them live in HB (in Sabino's nabe). Nice vid boys.
Mimiโs is dog food
Can't say best until you've been to Mazzarro's in St Pete…
Good stuff!!!๐ฎ๐น๐ฎ๐น๐ฎ๐น๐ฎ๐น
Awesome! Thx guys!
Was the best time
These wannabe Italians are obsessed with meatballs. Thankfully, Italian cuisine has nothing to do with the so called italian american cuisine
Maybe the best on the east coast. Come to the west coast Marioโs in Fort Myers or Mazzarroโs St Pete. Then you pick the best
Ft. Lauderdale is so underrated. My wife and I had the best time. Martoranos reservation Friday night then a 20 minute drive down to Miami for the Carbone reservation Saturday night.
Only thing that sucks about FL are the people there
I'm moving to Florida, 1st stop – Mimi's.
Thank you GUI for showcasing the local greatness.
