This is a true Southern Italian Steak Feast packed with flavor, feturing a one of a kind red sauce with Beef Neck Bones to help pack on the deliciousness. We also have an elevated Fried Eggplant Parmesan that brings tons of nostalgia to the table. We’re also bringing it home with a couple of Pan Fried Porterhouse Steaks and a Signature Mediterranean Salad that pairs perfectly with the entire meal. Please enjoy.

Dang chef..I’ll bet you could turn water into fine wine !….
Hello Mr. Chef. God bless you and your family, because I was just thinking, what would be the most cost effective beef(neckbones) that I could use to make a stock to sip on daily for the nutrients it gives to the body and there it was in one of your dishes. Your video was right on time thank you. As always Chef, your dishes are always lookin right and tasty 👏🏾🙏🏾.
Hello , 👋🤗 Chef, Thanks for another great 👍 recipes! 😊😊
Chef, everything looks so delicious! I’ve never been a fan of eggplants but the way you prepared them looks delicious. Must try. Thanks again for a awesome episode. 😊
Amazing dish! Thanks for sharing your skills and wealth of knowledge!
Chef: the entire meal looks fantastic. I never knew a salad could be made with yellow squash and green squash. My favorite steak, the Porterhouse, was prepared perfectly: medium rare! Does it matter what kind of olive I should use? I always prefer an Italian olive oil made in Italy. Please advise.
Question – How many people are you cooking for? 😁 BTW – your channel is awesome.
Man!!!
Yet another great recipe adventure. This meal looks amazing and sounds delicious 🤤.
I’m here pit master ❤
Hi. Chef, you did a fantastic job as always. Now, I really, really know how to do the eggplant finally and the other things. Thanks, because I love Italian food 😋 😊
One Luv!
amazing sauce as always! Cheers
What a beautiful spread. I’m gonna try egg plant this year.I grew it in my garden for many years but I never tried it. I always gave it a way to the neighbors. Those steaks look just simply delicious. That salad 👀 amazing. I don’t know why but I never tried beef neck bones, maybe because my mom only bought the pork neck bones ,she wouldn’t let me get away with that excuse though I’m going to try them ❤❤❤❤❤
Magnificent 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Well done!!
Chief, if a man moved from Texas down to your neighborhood, could he come down to your place, a few times/alot and be part of the taste kitchen?
Chef, I just added this to my to do list! Everything looks amazing 😍Thanks for posting my friend. Thumbs up given as usual 👍. Great video as always. PS – the eggplant looked incredible!!
Sir, may I request a plate to be mailed to me, please? I can’t take this anymore! 🥹

I don’t even like eggplant but man that look so good. I gotta try it
The food looks great as always . The Salad really looks good . Wish I could have dinner with you guys . Enjoy 😊
Wow! Beautiful meal. I learned a lot from this episode. Great show Chief 👍🏻❤
I'm here for the eggplant! Sometimes my favorite over chicken parm. Beautiful plate with the sauce. Boring times here, we had crockpot chicken with gravy over egg noodles. Yesterday was kielbasa with sauerkraut and pierogies. Might be making your eggplant parm real soon, it looked so good! Cheers and 73, my friend! Pete in Arizona – KI7LIL
What a feast … amazing work chef !!
