Italy’s Take on the Tuna Melt Just Landed in NYC at Piadi
Piadi from Italy just opened in New York City and they are serving piadinas with their twist on the tuna melt. NYC is in a tuna melt moment right now and this Italian street food version just entered the conversation. I went one of the first days to try the CARMEN piadina with tuna, fresh mozzarella, sun dried cherry tomatoes, arugula and pistachio pesto at Piadi in Flatiron.
