Ingredients:
– 1 bunch of flat leaf italian parsley (leaves only)
– 1 small bunch cilantro
– 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely minced
– 1 shallot or 1 quarter of an onion, finely diced
– 1/2 cup olive oil
– 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
– 2-3 cloves minced garlic
– 2 tsp Mexican oregano
– 1 tsp cumin
