今天來告訴大家,同樣的肉丸餡,還能做出義大利人超愛的小肉丸高湯義大利麵。
在義大利,當天氣濕冷、或身體有點小恙時,這碗就是你的救星。多汁香軟的迷你肉丸,搭配高湯煮出來的義大利麵,自由加冰箱裡的蔬菜,簡單又療癒。
🥩 同一份肉丸餡(炸肉丸/湯麵通用):
– 豬牛混合絞肉 500g
– 白麵包 50g(泡水軟化擠乾)
– 蒜頭 1瓣 + 洋蔥 20g(打細碎)
– 新鮮羅勒或歐芹 一小把
– 鹽、黑胡椒適量
– 高湯粉 1/4小匙(可省)
– 帕瑪森起司 10g
– 全蛋 1顆

– 10g Parmesan
– 1 egg
