4 oz soppressata (or spicy salami)

4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 tbsp giardiniera oil (from the jar)
1 tsp dried oregano
1 garlic clove, grated
1 tbsp grated Parmigiano Reggiano
Freshly cracked black pepper
* you can swap in hot giardiniera for an extra kick.
