Easy No Knead Mini Skillet Bread🍞🤌 with whipped honey butter! Bread baked in a skillet🤤 It hits DIFFERENT! This was inspired by an Italian restaurant in Philly that serves their bread in a mini skillet with whipped honey butter…so good. And who knew how easy & delicious bread in a skillet is? Recipe – Grab a large mixing bowl and add 2 cups of all purpose flour, 1 tsp of yeast and 1/4 tsp of salt. Whisk. (Optional: whisk in some fresh herbs! I had some thyme on hand so I whisked in about a tbsp) – Then, add 1 cup of warm water. Stir until a dough forms (will be a very wet dough!) – Cover and let rise for an hour somewhere warm. – Then, grab a mini 5” cast iron skillet. (Note: if you are using a regular sized skillet, double this recipe!) – Coat the skillet in a generous amount of olive oil to avoid the dough from sticking. – Pour the dough into the skillet. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes. – Preheat your oven to 400. – After 30 mins, drizzle some olive oil and sprinkle some flaky salt on top. – Transfer to the oven and Bake for 30 minutes. And then broil for 5 minutes to get the top all crusty and golden! Keep an eye on the bread whiles it’s on broil because it will burn fast. – Let the bread cool for about 30 minutes. – Top with more olive oil and flaky salt. – Optional: serve with whipped honey butter 🙂 Using a whisk, whip together 1/4 cup of fully softened butter and 2 tbsp of honey. #feedfeed #breadrecipe #bakingrecipes

    And blue cheese on the side.
    But yes it looks very "gostoso".❤
