  2. In the Philly area, they make something similar to this called hoagie dip. Chopped up hoagie meats and cheeses with dressing. Serve it in a bowl with roll slices to dip into it. My family likes it. I do not. It tastes like it’s already been chewed and spit back into the bowl. Bleh.

  3. I love a chopped sandwich, also makes it easier and more even in a wrap or as a dip for chips.

  6. Honestly, i just have a hard time eating chopped up foods in a sandwhich, everything moving and shifting. Bothers my little monkey brain. But it will never stop me from smahing a good sando.

  7. I feel that's something middle eastern style I'm from the Old school NYC Gyros/Shawarma now food carts are chopping everything. I like to see the meat and Veggies

  8. I'm all for that. I'd pull the middle from the bread while leaving it whole then stuff it with the mixture. Homogenous bites without losing the filling, that is a peak sandwhich imo.

  10. Technically the meat isn't the "guts" in fact there's chicago places that specifically refer to the "other than the meat" stuff as the guts
