Ingredients :
100 gram rigatoni pasta ( boil as following instruction )
250 gram Ground lamb
1/2 onion ( chopped )
2 cloves garlic ( minced )
1 carrot
100 gram tomato cherry ( cut into half )
1 can tomato crush
2 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon Italian spice
1/2 cup red wine
Salt & pepper
Olive oil
Instruction :
1. In a pot over medium heat, heat olive oil, onion, garlic cook until soft and fragrant, then add carrot and celery. Cook for a while. Add grounded lamb cook until the meat not pink colour.
2. Add red wine, tomato crush, Italian spice, pinch of salt and pepper.
3. Bring to boil, reduce heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes . Add pasta water if need it.
4. Pour the pasta into the pot sauce. Sprinkle with some parmesan cheese on the top.
5. Serve.
