  1. Wow. I didn't know that. Being institutionalized and then going into nature for 6 years.
    He is 100% right on cooking at home, or for family and friends instead of at your job. You certainly can pt put as much love into it, and you also wont have the kitchen stress.
    I'd love to hear more of his story.

    to me .Happened to me too .after 18 years of cooking in my own restaurant. 15 hour day , 6 days a week , but as you say, I still like cooking for family and friends.

  7. Weird… when I was on the phone with my grandmother last night, she said there we are. I said there it is and told her it was her choice. We cried together. It was beautiful but also there it was.
