Ingredients: – 180g raw pasta – 350ml liquid cream 38% fat – 3 eggs – 3 + 2 tablespoons sugar – 2 tablespoons raisins (soaked in water) – 8 green apples – Grated zest from 1/2 orange – Juice from 1/2 lemon – 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger – 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs – A pinch of cinnamon – 150g grated butter (must be very cold – put in the freezer 2-3 hours before grinding) – crushed black pepper Process: 1. Boil the pasta very well. Then wash under cold water and let it drain. 2. Peel the apples and put them in water with the lemon juice. Grate them, then squeeze them* very well. 3. Then mix in a bowl the cooked pasta, eggs, orange zest, liquid cream, raisins, ginger, 2 tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of cinnamon. 4. In another bowl mix the breadcrumbs, 3 tablespoons of sugar and another pinch of cinnamon. 5. Put the pasta mixture in a baking dish, place the grated and squeezed apples on top, then put the breadcrumb mixture. 6. Grate the butter and put in the preheated oven at 170C for 35-40 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream! TIPS: *you can drink the squeezed juice, don’t throw it away.
