    onion powder
    paprika
    parsley

  2. My favourite way to make meatballs is by putting 50g of breadcrumbs, the kind you get in a box, into 100ml of water, letting it sit for 10 minutes and then mixing that with the minced meat and spices. It makes the fluffiest and easiest meatballs ever.

  3. Great use of the orzo, and that looks so comforting. This weekend, I'm making karaage for the first time. I'm excited!

  4. Evelyn, I don’t know you but I follow you and I think all your recipes look terrific but that soup really looks like it hits. I’m Italian and I’ve ordered this soup out many times. But never thought to make it at home. It looks phenomenal. I don’t know if you put the whole recipe but if you could, I would love to make this I live in New York and we are getting hammered right now more snow to come. Thank you for your content. You have a beautiful family, and you should really feel blessed. Our worth isn’t measured by our wallet or our appearance. As long as you are a good person that’s all that counts. I just hate when people put hateful comments about washing chicken and all that BS. Who cares?

  5. Just a little hint when I do make chicken soup, I have switched from using the cans or the carton and Dollar tree has the bouillon cubes and they give so much more flavor. Give it a try next time you’re in Dollar tree and pick up a pack.

  6. i love the size of these!!! i feel like every meatball recipe i see makes them GIGANTIC! those look so much easier to eat
