My family is from Calabria, too!! Maybe we’re cousins. 🤣 Seriously though, for the creaminess you needed to add some tears of the gods. Some of the pasta water. It would have made that pasta so creamy.
Thank you Ro! I feel like everyone wants to gaslight us that feta is creamy. It’s not bad, but it doesn’t add richness or depth to these bake and mix-in pasta dishes. I have tried the baked tomato feta pasta and thought it was fine, but forgettable.
Thank you for this video❤ because doesn't it just drive you crazy when you see a "viral" recipe and you spend all this money on a ton of food and then it ends up not being good and you just wasted all that food and money..

Does it have to be a dutch oven/ heavy pot bc i don't have one 😢
Goat Cheese would be better than feta….creamier.
Make it a salad and add Italian dressing.😇
I'd definitely use heavy cream in it and use switch to romano cheese.. switch the protein to shrimp
I bet that would be even better if you substituted the noodles for cheese filled tortellini
