Ingredients:
• 250 g ground beef
• 1/2 pack lasagna sheets
• 1 onion, chopped
• Chopped mushrooms (as needed)
• 1 bell pepper, chopped
• 1 pack mozzarella (pizza cheese)
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• Spices: salt, black pepper, oregano, paprika, turmeric

Béchamel Sauce:
• A little flour
• Butter
• Milk
• Salt, black pepper, oregano
• A pinch of nutmeg

Instructions:
First, prepare the béchamel sauce: sauté a little flour in a pan, add butter, then slowly add milk while stirring continuously. Season with salt, black pepper, oregano, and a pinch of nutmeg. When thickened, set aside.
In a large skillet, sauté the onion and bell pepper. Add the ground beef and cook well. Add spices, then mushrooms, and sauté until cooked. Stir in the tomato paste and mix well. Add a little water so the sauce stays slightly runny.
Place the lasagna sheets directly into the sauce. Cover and let cook until the pasta is tender.
Once cooked, pour the béchamel sauce over the top, then add the mozzarella. Cover again for a few minutes until the cheese melts.
Your quick, easy, and delicious skillet lasagna is ready!
