  1. Girl.. get you some cans of san marzano tomatoes (with basil) and never look back. I start with sauteed diced onion in butter, then garlic for 1 minute, add tomatoes, heat to simmer, crush/immersion blend, add balsamic, cayenne, salt & pepper, grated cheese to taste. SO simple and SOO much better than any churched up jar sauce
