I have extra virgin olive oil in my food cupboard at home i will drizzle it more on my salads and cook with it more often these benefits youve explained to me is absolutely amazin thank you for the information I'm so amazed by extra virgin olive oil i didn't know it could burn fat until now 😃😄 its absolutely amazin food to cook with i heard it burns fat fast i heard its good for heart health i heard its also good for the liver aswell and its good for satiety for keeping you fuller for longer i love extra virgin olive oil its so healthy and tastes good aswell its the healthiest oil out there i buy mine with my mum in the uk 🇬🇧 i buy mine at asda and morrisons in the uk 🇬🇧 i think its better than sunflower oil canola oil coconut oil and vegetable oil i avoid unhealthy fats anyways i only go for the healthy kind like Extra virgin olive oil and extra virgin coconut oil and extra virgin avacado oil i also use low fat butter called lurpack its what i put onto wholemeal toast in the mornin for breakfast and sometimes for dinner on toast with no added sugar beans and boiled eggs i am a really healthy eater i never touch unhealthy foods i always watch what i eat at all times ☺️

Yep. I was on the famous Carnivore diet. As I was stacking up the months on this way of eating. My pain in my body kept getting worse. I could barely walk. My knees were killing me. I got my blood work done and my CRP doubled from the previous test 6 months before. So I did some research. With the help of deep search ai platforms. I decided to switch to Mediterranean diet. I asked what do they eat. I asked how much evoo they ate in a day. I cut out all the sat fats. I added more tumeric,omegas supplements,etc. I added leafy greens, whole grains,legumes,of course EVOO and i eat sardines 3 times a week. And you know 70% my pain went away within 2 weeks. I was totally suprised and elated. I love this way of eating. I am enjoying food again. Thanks Dr.

Be careful when purchasing Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It should be Cold Press, and from either Italy, Spain or Turkey etc. one region and not multiple areas. The color is important, good olive oil has a greenish color, but some fakers put cheap oil in green colored bottles, so please read your labels. We buy from Turkey, called "Greenist" Company since 1979, another product from Turkey is, "Altin Shemen" 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil, all natural Cold Press. Read your labels. I have watched at least 3 videos from reputable people about evoo. Why won't any of you name 2 or 3 brands to buy? It's very hard to stand in the store and read all the labels, esp with serious vision loss.
EVOO makes me sick. I swell up & feel tearable. I didn't believe it so I stopped using it, then used it again. No not for me.
I do a shot of it everyday with lemon juice and cayenne pepper
Tip: Stop looking for tricks. For fat loss, the body only understands math: Caloric Deficit. The best way to stay in a deficit is to track intake with MyFitnessPal, Lose It!, or Cronometer. Eating extra virgin olive oil will not mute your appetite or cause more calorie burn – it will just increase your caloric intake. I'm an Italian – it doesn't work. Even if it did, it's negligible. Get the app and track what you put in your mouth. Best of luck.
