Some day I hope to go to Italy and visit my Italian roots. I'm not full Italian but have been trying to learn more about that part of my roots. I know my great grandma was from Sicily which is super cool to know 😊😊😊😊. I am mixed with soooo different cultures it's crazy so little by like I'm trying to find more above each and make some food hopefully from each one day. This is how happy I am about cheese as well 😅 and this explains a lot lol. I know if I ever go to Italy I will be in cheese heaven lol

Bless his heart. You know there are so many things he misses from the bottom of his soul but you never hear him complaining about it. You just see how happy he is to be here with his wife. I just love watching yall 😊
I am German not Italian but i love cheese. Original Reggiano is among THE best. It's DOP Denominazione di Origine Protetta – from a small Region called Emilia-Romagna. They have been making cheese there since 400 B.C. Yes, before Christ. This specific type is around since about the 12th century. A whole Cheese of this type is about 1000 Euro in Germany. So that block he got there is still a VERY expensive treat.
