Slow Food…and later Slow Wine came along when Italian wine was at its lowest ebb. Their work promoting good, clean, fair wine is so important. What did you find most fascinating from Jonathan's story?
I only have one wine from Sardinia and that’s a Teularju Ghirada Ocruaran 2019. It’s from the Cannonau grape variety.
