  1. Onestly. As someone who is Italian I'd say the only one that hurts is the fork and knife, the chopsticks are understandable, and also the hands hahaha

  2. Knife and fork method is the best.
    It’s less messy and you’re less likely to eat too fast as you have smaller forkfuls. Also you can get more meat/ vegetables in the same bite.
