  1. You get an italian approval here. i would cook the meat first, remove it, then the veggies so you get a better crust on the meat, that means more flavour. This way you can also use less oil, because you already have the meat's fats. i really like the chunky veggies instead of the classic minced soffritto. great job 🙂
