Orecchiette Pasta with Chicken Sausage, Kale and Chickpeas

Ingredients

1 Pound Orecchiette Pasta
18 oz Chicken Sausage
8 Garlic Cloves Sliced
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1 Bunch Kale stemmed and roughly chopped
3 Plum Tomatoes seeded and diced
1 Can of Chickpeas
Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese
1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
1/2 Cup Pasta Water
Crushed Red Pepper
Salt & Pepper

Directions

1. Baked Chicken Sausage in preheated Oven at 350 when Cooked let cool down and Slice Them
2. Heat Sauce pan first over medium High Heat then add olive oil
3. Add Garlic Slices and Pinch Crushed Red Pepper to sauce pan cook till Golden
4. Add Chicken Sausage cook for about 2 minutes
5. Add Kale to pan season it with salt and pepper and toss
6. Add Diced Tomatoes
7. Add Chickpeas
8. Add Chicken Stock & Pasta water cook for 2 to 3 minutes
9. Add Pasta and Toss together
10. Add Grated Pecorino Cheese toss and Plate
