Ingredients:
• 8 slices of chicken breast
• 100 gr sliced ham
• 8 slices of cheese
• 2 eggs
• breadcrumbs
• Sunflower oil
• Salt and pepper
• A sprinkle of love
Instructions:
1. From the whole chicken breast slices out tiny cutlets and with a meat tenderizer pound them.
2. Stuff each slice with a little cooked ham and a slice of cheese, distributing it on one half of the chicken slice and leaving the edges free.
3. Fold the chicken over to close it like a wallet.
4. Beat the eggs in a dish with salt and pepper.
5. Dip the cordon bleu first in the eggs and then in a dish with breadcrumbs.
6. When breading them, make sure the edges are sealed perfectly to prevent the filling from leaking out during cooking so with your hand pat them down.
7. Fry the cordon bleu in plenty of hot oil, being careful that it is not too hot, otherwise the breading will burn and the inside will raw
8. Brown them on one side, then turn them over and cook on the other side. It will take about 10 minutes.
9. Place them on a plate and serve them with a salad or some roasted broccoli

Mamma Marzia Tip: You can bake the cordon blue in oven at 350 for 20 minutes.
