  2. to actually dine @ their restaurant it’s very tough to get a reservation. was passing through montreal on my way to quebec took a pit stop for the night, tried to book a few days in advance sadly didn’t get to witness these legends & their cuisine lol but one day i will! 🗣️ VIVALDI

  3. Chef Spiro, I do not know how hot your ovens are so butter would probably burn, but clarified butter or olive oil in the bottom of the pan will “fry” the dough and give it this whole other thing, may also cause it to stick as well so be careful.
