Price breakdown (per pizza):
Dough: $1.49
Cheese: $1.83 ($5.49 block of mozz makes 3 pizzas)
Sauce: $.66 (1.99 pizza sauce makes 3 pizzas. I’d recommend making your own pizza sauce for better taste though! Recipe pinned)

Total: $3.98

Store bought dough can be a great alternative in a pinch. Here’s how to make the most of it!

A pizza steel is the secret to making any pizza dough (even store bought) into that crispy, no flop pizza we all love. Link in bio!

  2. I’m late as hell, but if you don’t have a pizza stone, you can just use a hot pan that you left in the oven for a while. It doesn’t do as good a job, but it’s better than nothing and a whole lot more accessible.

  3. Does Trader Joe’s brand their products differently for different locations?? The labels and packaging for the sauce and dough don’t look like the items at my TJs

  4. Cornmeal…. my local pizza joint uses it so the dough doesn't stick. Its adds a gritty texture. Love it 🤟🍻

  5. Saw this video, subscribed which I barely ever do and this guy is a real life pizza genius for regular people. I’m impressed

  6. Do you have two steels ripping in there? That’s added thermal energy making the dough spring even more and the oven temp remain hot while you launch the dough. Well done 👏

  7. Just bought all three of these exact ingredients on Saturday. Check out guy told me to rest in an oiled bowl for 4 hours before using. No wonder the dough never stretched nor worked for me all these years. Now I know and knowing is half the battle. Thanks
