  1. Why not seared a minute the meatballs and in the same pan some small cubes of onions so u scrape the fond with some wine and theeeen add the sauce into the pan, with the meatballs going afterwards, a little sear would add an element to the meatballs

  2. Great but there's zero crust on those balls that way. A Brooklyn Italian may disagree….

  3. Idk why spagetti has never been appealing to me. It's decent, but I'm going to choose some white sauce over it everytime.
