For those of you who may need to or don't understand it's called blanching not boiled i know it's a short video but it don't take much more than a second to clarify what you are doing to the tomato to make it easier to peel and don't forget get it have a ice water bath to prevent it from cooking just dunk the tomato into the boiling water for just a second and then to the ice water?
