I still suggest Paulie's Italian Grill in Federal heights. On federal boulevard. I hope you get a chance to try it. You won't be disappointed.

Gaetanos on 38th and if you want the best Italian Sausage hands down Belfiores couple blocks down and don’t forget Valentes 7250 Meade they have the best Italian sausage Canolis anywhere. Damn I sure chow down a dozen right now! Good luck and Mangia!!!
