Veg Pizza with Cheese-Stuffed Edges 🍕🧀

Ingredients:
• All-purpose flour – 2 cups
• Warm water – 1 cup (not hot)
• Active dry yeast – 2 tsp
• Sugar – 1 tsp
• Salt – 1 tsp
• Butter – 2 tbsp

Method:
1️⃣ Mix warm water, sugar & yeast. Rest for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
2️⃣ Add flour, salt & butter. Knead into a soft dough.
3️⃣ Rest covered for 1 hour or till doubled in size.
4️⃣ Roll the dough. Place diced mozzarella only on the edges in a circle and fold to seal—this creates cheese-stuffed edges.
5️⃣ Spread pizza sauce in the center, add veggies, oregano & chilli flakes.
6️⃣ Bake at 180°C for 15–18 minutes until the base is cooked and edges are cheesy 🧀🍕

Tip: Always preheat the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
