  1. RAMEN LASAGNA

    Wifey saw it online! She got the ingredients and surprised me when I got home, but guess who had to make it.🤣

    INGREDIENTS
    – 6 packs Chicken Machuran ramen (use only 3 noodle blocks)
    – 2 jars Carbone spaghetti sauce (or your favorite!)
    – 2 cups heavy cream
    – 8 oz bag Parmesan cheese
    – 2 x 8 oz bags mozzarella cheese
    – 6 oz bag Hormel pepperoni

    INSTRUCTIONS
    1. Open all 6 ramen packs and use only 3 noodle blocks. Save the rest for later.

    2. Lay the ramen blocks end-to-end in the pan. Use 1 seasoning packet for every 2 noodle blocks.

    3. 🤔 Choose your texture:

    ● TEAM FIRM – Add a layer of cheese directly on the dry ramen, then add spaghetti sauce and cream.

    ● TEAM SOFTY – Add spaghetti sauce and cream first on the dry ramen, then add the cheese.

    4. Top with pepperoni.

    5. Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes to 1 hour, until bubbly and set.

    Honestly, this ain’t fusion, it’s confusion, but I support it. 😅
