There’s plenty of American pizza places that take pride in their product. All of Dave Portnoy’s highest scores are here in the states…not to the places he reviewed when he traveled across Italy.
I think American pizza is so much better than Italian. I went this summer Italy and imagine you took a cracker and put tomato sauce and cheese on top of it. That’s about what it taste like.
